Little Alicia is one of my sweetest little neighbors. She has the brightest blue eyes and a curiosity to match. Her mom and I were cracking up laughing at little Alicia because there was nothing we could do to make her smile. She would watch the camera and she would look at all the things around us. You could tell she must have been in deep thought about something because she just seemed so focused.
